With a state-of-the-art bar and tube-cutting facility, we save you time and money on your first operation blanking. Eaton Steel provides steel bars for the making of Conveyor rollers. The 1018 & 1045 steel bars are cute to length and put inside of the steel tube roller. Each roller has two bearings where the HX axle will go through. We work with ASTM A108 Cold finished bar standard tolerances.
All steel bars are drawn in house at our cold drawn bar mill. We store large stock quantities and source hot rolled steel bars from most competitve North American sources. We produce prime steel that meets all industry standard requirements including AISI 1018 & 1045.
